Crowdtesting – how to successfully expand the testing beyond the lab?

More features and better design are not enough any more. To attract users the companies need more, they need a truly flawless digital customer experience. As testers we’re very often limited by resources: we’re only a team of 5, we’ve got 10 devices in the lab and only 3 sim cards! And when you need to test a bank account integration, you need to go around the office asking various people to perform a “quick” test.

In my presentation I will show how crowdtesting can help solve these and other challenges. I will share my experience with the biggest crowdtesting provider, talk about some real customer cases and tell you how I manage the crowd as a Test Engineer.
